Here's my first retouching job! Brian (aka BMO) asked me to fix up a headshot for his LinkedIn profile so I happily offered to use some tricks I learned at my previous internship. This needed very minor changes so I did my best to clean out some shadows underneath the earlobes and fix up the color/white balance. Before I went into Photoshop, I made some color edits in Lightroom first (ps. I am not a fan of portraits taken with flash). When I work on portraits, I try my best to avoid any edits on the face such as blemishing, retouching, and distorting-- It's all about keeping it natural!
